When Peter Pretorius came to know Jesus as Lord, in December 1979, he was an affluent tobacco farmer in the Eastern Lowveld of South Africa. His father, whom Peter had a deep love and high regard for, lay in a hospital Intensive Care Unit after suffering 2 serious heart attacks within an hour. Peter remembered a miracle he witnessed at an Oral Roberts Crusade, 17 years previously, which gave him hope that his father could be healed. He telephoned a Pastor, who insisted that they pray together on the telephone. Unbeknown to Peter, the Pastor and his Elders went to the hospital and laid hands on Peter's father, who was instantly healed. Read more... Plans for 2008 What an exciting start to 2008!
This year we are planning to crusade in Kenya, Tanzania and the DRC, projecting about 30 rural crusades and establishing between 30 and 40 CDP Teaching centres. This programming is the multiplication we spoke of last year and have already witnessed. It has been a step of faith in fulfilling our God-given mission. This multiplication increases our costs but we are aware of the fact that we, together with your faithfulness in supporting our mission, will accomplish the mandate of Christ.
