The rural population of Africa responds with delight and enthusiasm as our Gospel Outreach Managers declare the Gospel of Jesus Christ to them.

Shouts of appreciation resound through the air, as the truth of God's Word impacts their hearts and minds!

Our Tanzanian Gospel Outreach Manager reports with great joy, "Due to the Gospel impacting the village in which we recently held an outreach, five local bars closed down and one of the owners made a commitment to follow Christ."

Your partnership with Jesus Alive Ministries made it possible for this man to hear about the forgiveness of Christ so he could make an informed decision about his future.

We recently returned from our rural Pastors' Conferences in Tanzania and Kenya where our founder, Peter Pretorius, taught on 'Sowing into the Spirit' and 'The Role and Function of the Church', while Pastor Johan Boshoff, our Chief Operating Officer, ministered on evangelism to children and youth, as well as Jesus' mandate for pastors to fulfill their roles in their communities.

We've heard amazing testimonies from pastors, including, "We thought that conferences were only for pastors who work in the cities, yet we read that Jesus went to the villages and we are so happy that Jesus Alive Ministries does too."

Also, "We were amazed that during the conferences we were given time to ask questions and we are happy that you are interested in what we want to ask and need to know." This makes our calling to rural Africa so rewarding.

At one of the welcome dinners, Peter was filled with passion and vision and said, "I am happy to be a son of God and delighted to be a son of Africa."

Your financial support will give further momentum to this passion and vision as we are reaching rural village after village, bringing the 'Good News' and establishing Bible-based teaching in its wake with our Christian Discipleship Programmemes.

Peter also said, "Leaders are put in place by God, to help and develop people. The true calling and commission of every pastor is to reach out to their community, showing them their value to God and to man."
